Wow, last I checked in it was July of 2011. Guess I got caught upon life a little bit. :) Lots of ideas in my head for this year and I will try not to be so silent! Happy New Year!

If you want something done right, you need to seek out a Pro.  Giana's haircut this weekend was less than straight in the back.  Lucky for me Mr. Awesomesauce Cade saw my unhappy complaint on Facebook and came to the rescue. 

She wasn't too happy with going to get another haircut, but the promise of 2 Skittles and seeing where Mommy gets her hair done did the trick!

While we were in Florida visiting, Giana & I got to have dinner with my cousin & her son.  I can't wait till we can move back so we can spend more time with family.  I miss them all so much.

Her full name is Hortense Maud but I'll call her Big Mama.

My Grandmothers & Great Grandmother were all lifelong sewers.

Hortense was my Gran (Tencie to all and she'd be mortified having her 'real' name being mentioned)

Lorene Maud was my Grandma
